FAST TRACK 100: Originally from Blackburn, in 2015 the Jones brothers Adam and Drew gave up careers in law and events management to set up one of the most successful restaurants in Manchester.
Serving classical Chinese dishes with a modern flavour, their plan was to create a place for customers to celebrate events such as birthdays, anniversaries and promotions.
With the first restaurant a success, Adam and Drew opened a second in Leeds in 2017, and sales from the two sites reached £8.7m in 2018.
In 2019, they opened in Birmingham in February and in Edinburgh in October, with a London launch planned for 2020.
Tattu now has 4 sites across the country and has just been recognised as number 48 in this year’s Fast Track 100 as one of the fastest-growing UK companies.
