MYP Health & Wellbeing – Mind, Manchester Mindfulness Talk – Monday 4th November

As a way to raise awareness of today, World Mental Health Day, we are delighted to announce a special mindfulness session with our Charity Partner Mind, Manchester on Monday 4th November 2019.

We are proud to have raised over £2,500 this year so far with your support. The event will take place at PKB, Barton Arcade, from 6-8pm. The talk will run from 6:15pm-7pm, with an opportunity to ask questions and network afterwards. Tickets are £10, including a welcome drink and nibbles. As usual, £1 from each sale will go directly to Mind, Manchester.
